Join us for an insightful workshop on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 1:00 pm in the Barstow City Council Chambers (220 East Mountain View Street, Barstow, CA 92311).  We'll be discussing the feasibility analysis findings for a potential Infrastructure Financing District in collaboration with Kosmont Companies, the advisor to the City of Barstow.

The goal of this district is to fuel economic development, harness the potential of private sector investments, and address crucial infrastructure needs for the community's benefit.  This session follows up on our August 2023 presentation to the City Council, and we're excited to share progress, potential next steps, and gather public input.
