The City of Barstow’s Community Development Services Department provides various services for prospective developers, as well as serving the community at large. Additionally, department personnel serve in a liaison capacity to many community boards such as the Chamber of Commerce, Planning Commission and City Council. The Department is committed to providing excellent customer service to the development community by providing "one-stop shopping" services to fast-track the permitting process whenever possible.
