Access is a service designed to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The purpose is to provide equal access to public transportation for persons who are physically or cognitively unable to use regular bus service. Access provides curb-to-curb service to complement Barstow Area Transit fixed-route bus system.
