All active registered voters of the City of Barstow will receive a mail ballot.
Voters can track their mail ballot status using the Secretary of State’s mail ballot tracking system at WheresMyBallot.sos.ca.gov.

VOTING OPTIONS:
- VOTE EARLY AT THE REGISTRAR OF VOTERS OFFICE October 7, 2024 - November 5, 2024

- VOTE BY A MAIL BALLOT.
- Mail ballots will be mailed to ALL eligible voters beginning October 7, 2024. No mail ballot application is necessary.
- Request a replacement ballot by calling the Registrar of Voters at (909) 387-8300.
VOTERS MAY RETURN THEIR VOTED MAIL BALLOT:
- To the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters Office - by 8 p.m. on Election Day; Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- 24-hour Mail Ballot Drop Box available at:
-City Hall, 220 East Mountain View Street, Suite A, Barstow - By mail via the U.S. Postal Service -Must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by the Registrar of Voters Office within 7 days following the election.
- To any polling place by 8 p.m. on Election Day, November 5, 2024

Eligible Citizens that have Not Registered:
California law allows citizens to register and vote after the registration deadline. In order to qualify, the voter submits a conditional voter registration application in person at the Registrar of Voters Office, an Early Vote site, or at a polling place on Election Day. After completing the application, the voter will be provided with a provisional ballot.
October 21, 2024 – Last Day to Register or Re-Register to Vote
Voters are encouraged to make sure their registration is up-to-date using the My Elections Gateway web application at www.SBCountyElections.com and can re-register at www.RegisterToVote.ca.gov to make necessary updates. Eligible citizens that are not yet registered to vote are also encouraged to register now.
